How much does it cost?

Nothing. The review is free to brands. We are funded by per-introduction fees from 3PL partners — never by brands. There is no upsell.

How long does it take?

48 hours from upload, on weekdays. Reviews submitted Friday or Saturday return Monday or Tuesday. If you need it faster, mention it in the form — we have flexed for tight retailer-PO timelines.

Will my contract be shared with 3PLs?

No. Your contract is encrypted at rest, never shared with any 3PL, and auto-deleted from raw storage after 90 days. Anonymised line items may be added to the AU 3PL Pricing Index only with your explicit consent.

What format do you accept?

PDF, DOCX, scanned image, or photo of the rate card. If you can read it, we can read it. If you only have a rate card and not the full contract, that is fine — we will note what's missing.

What if my contract isn't bad?

17% of the brands we audit are paying at or below market median. If yours is one of them, the verdict will say "stay" and explain why. Most reviews don't end in switching.

Will you sell me a 3PL service?

No. We only introduce — and only after the review and only if switching is the recommended call. The introduction itself is also free for the brand. The 3PL pays us per introduction.
